Cancellation. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify The Wellness Doctor at least 24 hours in advance of the online scheduled calls/meetings to reschedule or cancel and 48hrs for In-Person appointments. The Wellness Doctor reserves the right to bill the customer the 50% of the meeting fee for a missed meeting or if cancelled within 24 hours of the arranged time or within 48hrs with In-person appointments. 

Pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices for services and products at any time.  The fee is paid by the customer in advance of the session and/or per month or agreed timeframe based upon committed schedule.  If you purchase a package, then the credit must be used within 6 month duration-unless otherwise discussed.  If the time from purchase exceeds 9 months then any credit remaining will be forfeited.
